MEET SONIA
Sonia Fardales is a medical aesthetician with a passion for combining traditional holistic skincare treatments with the modern advances in aesthetic science.

Sonia started Skin and Body Lab with the intention of building a harmonious space to experiment in and treat the unique skin concerns of her patients. She also wanted Skin and Body Lab to be the starting place providing handpicked skincare products for her patients to continue their own skincare journey and experimentation.
I have been going to Sonia for a year, and my skin has never looked better! She is knowledgeable, passionate, and explains each step of the facial. Sonia earned her advanced aesthetic license from Florida College of Natural Health and is currently a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner in the state of Georgia and Florida.
She also studied holistic health and nutrition through the Global College of Natural Medicine which gives her the unique ability to incorporate internal wellness into the improvement of overall skin health.
Sonia has worked for prominent plastic surgeons and celebrated dermatologists managing their medical spas, training their aesthetic team, leading special projects, and treating their most exclusive clientele.
Sonia performs customized medical facials, peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow, LED light therapy, skin tightening RF, microneedling for both the face, body and hair and creates custom skincare regimens for her patients to achieve outstanding results.
Born in New York and raised in Miami, Sonia loves to travel, a foodie, and live a lifestyle that is both healthy and peppered with her tenacious and vivacious outlook, which she hopes to instill in all her of patients.
